Shipping Rates

● 0-20 kg → 300 NIS

● Each additional kg (above 20 kg) → 15 NIS per kg

● Maximum weight per box → 50 kg (No exceptions)

● Charges apply per box separately

Important Instructions:

● After receiving empty boxes or using your own boxes, do not write the address on the box.

● Inform your family in India that there are no additional charges for parcel delivery in India.

● Ensure that you provide the correct phone number for courier contact.

● ISA World Express is not responsible for damages to fragile or glass items. Customers must ensure proper packing of such items.

Prohibited Items:

Insurance & Liability:

● Customers can add NIS 20 to purchase insurance in case of loss.

● Maximum insurance coverage: 20,000 rupees.

● No warranty for packages containing any type of liquid.

Box Sizes:

● Big Box → 45 × 45 × 70 cm

● Small Box → 45 × 45 × 35 cm

Shipping Methods:

● Sea Cargo: Maximum weight 50 kg per box.

Pick-Up Instructions:

● Ensure your box is packed properly and ready for pick-up.

● Keep the invoice ready.

● Couriers have a tight schedule and cannot wait if the box and invoice are not prepared.
